The whole purpose of starting this is to share the more memorable photos from my trips this year and keep up my running log. After I play with this a little more, I'll add the Paris, Kauai and SF photos. For now, I'm just starting with plain text.

Today's run: 3 miles around Greenlake with Julie, Kristen & Kathy. I have a painful blister from running 13 miles in brand new shoes. It was a good reminder that I need to break in my shoes before I go for a long run. I have a system for a reason, but I was mesmerized by the extra spring in a new pair of shoes. My blister-free system: broken in shoes (worn at least 3 times during shorter runs), good insoles, double layer tech socks, and Body Glide works. The weather was gorgeous as seen in the photo with Julie & Kathy.
